Cancellation Policy

At Eco Loop, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order, and we strive to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible. Customers can request order cancellation before the order has been processed, packed, or shipped from our warehouse. To initiate a cancellation request, customers should contact our support team immediately with their order ID, registered email address, and relevant order details. Once the cancellation request is received, our team will verify the order status and confirm whether the cancellation is possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, the cancellation will be approved, and the refund process will be initiated. Refunds for prepaid orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted. In such cases, customers may refuse delivery where applicable or follow the Return & Exchange Policy after receiving the product. Orders placed for customized, personalized, made-to-order, or specially sourced products may not be eligible for cancellation once production or processing has started. Eco Loop also reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in situations including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing or technical errors, payment authorization failures, duplicate orders, suspicious or fraudulent transactions, or logistical limitations. In such circumstances, customers will be informed through email or phone, and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly. Customers are advised to carefully review their order details, shipping address, product specifications, and contact information before placing an order to avoid unnecessary cancellation requests.
