Orders & Tracking

Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Sign in or continue as a guest, enter your shipping address, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation on email and SMS instantly.
Once your order is shipped, you will get a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also log in to your account and visit My Orders to see real-time status updates.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, as long as they have not been packed for dispatch. Go to My Orders → Cancel, or contact our support team for help.
We are really sorry! Please raise a return/replacement request within 48 hours of delivery from My Orders. Share clear photos of the damaged item — we will arrange a free pickup and a quick replacement or refund.
Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹499. A small flat fee of ₹49 applies on smaller orders and ₹79 on Cash on Delivery orders.
Most orders are delivered within 3–6 business days across India. Remote pincodes may take 1–2 extra working days. You will see an estimated delivery date on the product page after entering your pincode.
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know!
Yes — as long as the order has not been shipped. Visit My Orders → Change Address or contact support, and we will update it for you.
Returns & Refunds

We offer an easy 7-day return policy on most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact. Hygiene and personal-care items are non-returnable for safety reasons.
Go to My Orders, select the item and click Return / Replace. Pick a reason and a pickup slot — our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep at no cost.
Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours of receiving the returned item. The amount reaches your original payment method in 3–7 business days depending on your bank. COD orders are refunded to your bank account or as store credit.
Yes! Return pickups are completely free for eligible orders. We never pass courier costs back to the customer.
Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, GPay), and Cash on Delivery. EMI is available on select cards for orders above ₹3,000.
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers.
Yes — COD is available on most pincodes for orders up to ₹15,000. A small handling fee may apply. Please keep exact change ready for the delivery agent.
Yes! Standard EMI is available on most credit cards. We also support Razorpay Affordability Suite which includes BNPL and cardless EMI partners — visible at checkout.

Every product on EcoLoop is hand-picked and verified for sustainable sourcing, low-impact materials, and ethical manufacturing. Wherever possible we partner with brands carrying recognised certifications (GOTS, FSC, Fair Trade, etc.).
Our catalog focuses on materials like organic cotton, bamboo, jute, cork, recycled plastic, biodegradable composites, and natural fibres — anything that leaves the planet a little better than we found it.
Most of our products are biodegradable, recyclable, or compostable. Each product page includes specific end-of-life disposal instructions. When in doubt — segregate, recycle, repeat!
Yes! We have partnered with logistics providers offering carbon-offset deliveries. We also use minimal, recycled, plastic-free packaging on every order — and we are always working to reduce our footprint further.
